WELCOME TO THE SUMTER 2030 In order to address the future of our community, the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners established a visioning process called Sumter 2030. This process is designed to bring together residents and others with an interest in the future of Sumter County into a forum to analyze and define the strategies and actions that will make Sumter County a better place to live, work and play. This process will not only strengthen a sense of ownership and cohesiveness in Sumter County’s residents, but also will explore creative options and opportunities to improve our County based on shared principles and values. We invite you to frequently browse this Web site as the visioning process unfolds. We also encourage you to get involved and participate in the Online Survey and Community Visioning Sessions.
